For a Grading Permit Application, see supporting documents below. When complete, you may mail or drop-off the forms and deposit at the either of the Permit Counters located at the Mammoth or Bridgeport Administrative Offices of the county. Incomplete/inaccurate forms and submittals may result in a delay in processing. Please make your check(s) payable to "Mono County".
The Mono County Grading Permit deposit is currently $800.00 as of July 1, 2023. For on-going inactive grading projects, $132.00/hour will be billed for minimum of inspection every three months in addition to inspections incurred during actual grading.
