Important Notices to the Public Regarding COVID-19

In observance of recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP), the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), and local public health officials related to minimizing the spread of COVID-19, please note that this meeting will be conducted both (i) in person at the Chalfant Community Center (address above) and (ii) remotely via tele- and video- conferencing services.  As authorized by Governor Newsom’s Executive Order, N-29-20, dated March 17, 2020, members of the Board may attend and participate in this meeting from separate remote locations.

To join the meeting in person:

Attendance of the in-person portion of this meeting will require strict adherence to CDCP, CDPH, and local public health officials’ safety protocols and recommendations for minimizing the spread of COVID-19. Persons that join the in-person portion of this meeting shall at all times wear masks  while at or in the Chalfant Community Center and shall at all times physically distance themselves from members and attendees by no less than six 6) feet. No person will be allowed to attend the in-person portion of this meeting if they are feeling sick or presenting any symptoms of COVID-19.
