FILING DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BALLOT MEASURE RESOLUTION: JULY 20, 2026 *
* July 20, 2026 is the last day to submit a resolution to the Board of Supervisors (BOS) for the August 4, 2026 BOS meeting. Resolution must be filed with the BOS at least 88 days prior to the date of the election (EC § 10403).

Submit a ballot measure resolution to the Board of Supervisors (BOS) for the August 4, 2026 BOS meeting. Resolution should include the request for the Mono County Registrar of Voters to provide services, the ballot question (75-word limit), passage requirements, the full text (including Tax Rate Statement and Fiscal Impact Report, if applicable). |
| (3) | Submit Argument in Favor of Measure and/or Rebuttal to Argument Against Measure (if received). Arguments may not exceed 300 words. |
