County issues $19,940,000 Certificates of Participation, 2018 Series A to build Civic Center

On December 6, the County closed the sale of $19,940,000 of Certificates of Participation, 2018 Series A financing.  The certificates were offered for sale competitively on the market and resulted in proceeds of $22,206,116.55 which will be available to pay construction costs of the Civic Center beginning on December 20, 2018.  S&P issued an underlying rating of AA-.
