Public Works

The Department of Public Works performs the statutory duties of County Surveyor, Director of Transportation, and Floodplain Administrator for Mono County. Public Works also administers a broad number of functions in the county, including Land Development review, Solid Waste Program, Capital Improvements, Airport Operations / Maintenance, County Road Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, and County Building Maintenance including Parks and Facilities.
