On the job training incentives

When hiring certain qualified candidates through the Career Service Center, you may be reimbursed up to 90% of each new employee’s wages during the time he or she is learning the job. Depending on the complexity of the job and the qualifications of the trainee, this period may last from 4 to 12 weeks.


Tax credits

Tax credits are available to employers who hire certain qualified candidates.


Testing & interviewing facilities

Comfortable conference, presentation, interview, orientation and meeting space is available for employers.
