Adoption Process You will need to fill out an adoption form. Landlord approval is required prior to adoption. In addition an Animal Control Officer may check your property for appropriate space requirments and fencing. After approval a non-refundable Dogs-$40.00 / Cats-$25 adoption fee is required, as well as applicable licensing fees.
