The site map included at the bottom of this help section outlines all the links you'll encounter while navigating the government pages.

How to use this site
MonoCounty.ca.gov is organized into 5 major categories. The simple navigation structure is designed to prevent site visitors from getting lost. Because most pages are divided into HTML frames, the bottom portion of your screen is scrollable when necessary. This way you will never be far from the 5 category links, which provide the following information.

• Departments: Provides a menu of all County departments. Selecting any department name will take you to the respective homepage. Many County departments have elected to maintain their own pages. Thus, several pages may have a different look and color scheme from the County-wide site. There is also a small FAQ's section located on the Departments page to help you locate information you're looking for.
• Online Services: Provides links to all downloadable materials offered by the County. This page is currently divided into five subcategories to facilitate navigation. Three links on the right side of the page will direct you to resources centered on the County's GIS mapping efforts. We offer a page devoted to downloadable .jpg maps, as well as constant updates to the County-wide geographic systems as they become available. The left side of the Online Services page directs users to downloadable documents, forms, permits and applications. * For employment information, visit the Career Services Center homepage and the Human Resources job listings page.
• Calendar: Participating County departments will post upcoming meetings and events on this page. You must have the Javascript plug-in to view the Calendar. All postings are subject to change.
• Directory: Provides County employee contact information, including phone numbers, mailing addresses and email. The directory is organized alphabetically by department name. You may navigating the entire directory by scrolling down the page or by using the Javascript drop-down menu located at the top of the directory.html page.
• County Info: Provides links to a variety of information. This page will direct you to the following pages:
  • A brief history of Mono County.
  • Available County demographic information.
  • Link to the Geography section of the online services page.
  • Link to the Documents section of the online services page.
  • Current Weather and Road conditions. Information and updates.
  • Links to Local, State and Federal agencies.
